Home is where the heart is. No matter how fun vacations are or how dull work can be, there is nothing quite like spending time with you loving family together at home. Sometimes this includes older family members who can’t quite take care of themselves anymore. This makes for unique experiences where children and parents alike can make treasured memories with grandparents or other relatives.
This is not always the easiest arrangement, however. Sometimes work schedules and other commitments make it extremely difficult to take care of an elderly family member. We understand this predicament, and we are here to help.
We strive to maintain the quality of life for loved ones while giving compassionate care. At the same time we want our clients to enjoy life at home, surrounded by familiar people in a familiar setting to make them comfortable. We will do our best to make sure our client retains their dignity while still receiving the love and care they need while preventing family members from feeling burnt out. These are just a handful of strengths to having someone come and care for a loved one in the home as opposed to an assisted living center.
When you sign up for a caregiver, we will make sure we pair your loved one with someone who cares. Our caregivers are flexible, and can either come to your home during certain hours of the day; we also offer a live-in service for our clients. Our caregivers are trained to help with bathing, dressing, walking, use of the toilet, and some housekeeping. Additionally, our caregivers can plan meals, shop for groceries, remind clients to take their medication, and offer transportation and assistance for attending activities and appointments.
If you are interested in our services, please call us today and we will be more than happy to help you and your loved ones.
